The candidate should have a fundamental knowledge of broadcasting systems and electronic equipment test gear. Strong computer systems knowledge and network LAN/WAN experience are required for this position. Candidate should have a minimum of associate degree in electronics technology with 5 years verifiable experience or 2-5 years experience in digital, analog television broadcast, studio, and transmitter or ENG environments. The individual will have the desire to learn and further develop their ability in troubleshooting and repair of television broadcast equipment. Candidate must be a self-starter capable of working on and documenting assignments to successful completion with a minimum of supervision. The successful candidate must be personable, detail oriented and able to work with other engineers as a team leader. Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to lift 50 lbs.
