Anna Yee is a Peoria native. She fell in love with the business as a sports intern at HOI-19 during the summer of 2008. She began working as a producer for News25 at 9 on WAOE-TV in June 2010. In January 2011, Anna became a multi-media journalist and reporter for WEEK/WHOI/WAOE-TV. She also anchors and does weather when the unpredictable life of the newsroom calls for it.
Anna is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Go Illini!). In her free time, she enjoys performing, especially dancing. She is currently the project manager for the internationally known group, Dance2XS. She is also a member of the Society of Professional Journalists.
