Jim Mattson has been Sports Director at WHOI-TV since 1990. His coverage of high school sports has won numerous state-wide awards.
Jim is a native of Morton, Illinois and a Morton High and University of Illinois graduate. He is married to Angie and the proud father of three girls- Kiruna, Aubrey and Tyla! Jim loves his job. When he's not working, he loves family time, traveling, golfing and reading.
