Bret McCorkle of Morton has been named seed and technology manager of AgVenture, Inc., of Kentland, Ind., a national network of independently owned and operated regional seed companies.

His 30-year career has been dedicated to seed and agronomy research, and product development. A native of Windfall, Ind., McCorkle has served in agronomic leadership, product management, seed production and seed quality.
