Area older adults are invited to OSF Medical Exercise Program at the RiverPlex for an open house featuring the Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness Program. Interested individuals who cannot attend the open house event are encouraged to stop by during regular business hours to have any questions about the popular program answered.
