Saturday, June 9th, from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., in the main gymnasium at Metamora Township High School, the MTHS Band department will be sponsoring a Mattress Sale Fund-raiser. This will be a one-day-only sale, featuring floor models, all sizes and price ranges, from two high-quality mattress manufacturers, Restonic, an eight-time Consumer Digest “Best Buy” winner, and Southerland, makers of the finest quality bedding since 1893.

Consumers can preview these companies and their products at these websites: http://restonic.com and http://www.southerlandsleep.com. Delivery will be available for your mattress purchase.

Proceeds from the mattress sale will be benefit the MTHS band program and students in two ways. Half of the proceeds will used to help lower the costs of the marching band and their trip to Disney World this December. The money will help to ensure to that all of the students will be able to afford the expense and attend the trip. The rest of the proceeds will go to the band boosters to fund special programs such as visiting conductors and clinicians to work with the bands.
