If you love carnivals, you’ll love the Proctor Center Holiday Carnival! We will have food, drinks and fun! We will have games for all ages. Do you know the best part? Santa will be here giving out gifts with his helpers! Tell your parents to pack up the family car, van or truck and come on down to Proctor Center! $2 for members or $3 for non-members.
