Week 10 = WE MADE IT
Week 10 is all about “making” it, but the real question is what did we MAKE?
Each of us started this journey of The Biggest Loser for many different reasons. So as we look back at those reasons, look to see did we really MAKE it?
My goals were to get through the program pain free, weigh less than when I finished last year, and to really focus on the workouts, because I CAN do them despite my size.
As I think back over the last 10 weeks, I can confidently say that I gave 100% each workout and overall 90% with my food choices. Am I going to just go back to my old ways because of poor food choices here and there... NO WAY!!!!! I simply plan for the next possible time that I may be challenged and make sure my alternate food choices are packed, as well as my walking shoes.
This year’s experience has been completely different than last. Not just because of the team and the trainers, who by the way who were AWESOME, but it made me realize how much I appreciate last year’s team and trainers even more.
Every day we should “make” it!!! Life is too short to wait until tomorrow...
