PEORIA, Ill. -- Contestants of Peoria's Biggest Loser fit in a special workout Sunday.

Ali Vincent, Season Five winner of NBC's Biggest Loser show, led local teams in exercises.

Vincent lost more than 100 pounds when the season aired in 2007.

Now, she stars in a show on the Live Well network and gives motivational speeches across the country.

Vincent spoke to Peoria's competitors, stressing the importance of setting goals no matter what you are trying to achieve.

"If you feel stuck in your relationship, or if you feel stuck in your career, a physical goal will help you get through those moments where you come up against walls," said Vincent, "so when it's less tangible and less obvious, you still find the strength within you, because you are the common denominator."

Ali Vincent is the first female winner of the Biggest Loser.
