Our second 25 Women in Leadership winner is Jessica Moroz.
She's a program manager for the Economic Development Council of central Illinois and says marketing the region to business developers is a challenge she enjoys.

WEEK, the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce and the Marketeer Magazine will honor all of the winners at a luncheon on September 9th.
