WEEK TV , the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce and the Marketeer Magazine salute the 12th annual 25 Women in Leadership.

We introduce you to Julie Balkema, who has particular passion for bringing a Children's Museum to Peoria.

Balkema and all of the winners will be honored at a luncheon on September 8th at the Hotel Pere Marquette.
