Our 25 Women in Leadership winner is focused on feeling good.

Nicole Lackner leads by example and is proof it's never too late to get healthy.

WEEK, the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce and The Marketeer magazine will honor Lackner and all of the winners at a luncheon this Thursday.

WEEK TV 25 will air a half hour special honoring all of this year's winners on Saturday , September 10 at 6:30 p.m.
