WEEK-TV, the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce and the Marketeer Magazine salute the 25 Women in Leadership.

Among the honorees is Farmington's Barbara Love. She is the director of the Farmington Area Public Library.

Love says being a leader is not about influence or management. It’s centered on humility, compassion, and a desire to help everyone.

Love and all of the winners will be honored at a luncheon at the Hotel Pere Marquette on Thursday, September 8.
