Ingredients

Hand-breaded veal lightly sauteed.

cream sauce with sauteed sun dried  tomatoes, fresh basil, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Served with pasta.

Directions

Pound-out three pieces of veal, bread it with panco, Parmesan, salt & pepper to taste...sautee. Pour Riviera sauce over top and serve with pasta.
