2 Cups Milk
1/4 Cup Butter
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon All Spice
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
3 Cups Cubed Bread
Cut bread into cubes. Place into 3 bowls equaly, evenly distribute chocolate chips on top of each.
Mix all the ingredients listed above together and pour over bread to just about cover.
Bake for 30 to 4o minutes and place on rack to cool.
Put bourbon in pan and light it let it burn till it goes out.
Mix 3/4 Cup heavy cream with 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch
Turn pan on to medium high heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 cup of butter and 1 cup sugar.
Bring to a boil add heavy cream and cook until it thickens.
Pour over Bread Pudding.
Reheat: Placein the bread pudding in 550 degree oven for about 5 to 7 minutes. Serve warm.
Can also serve with ice cream.
