6 wz Shell Pasta, cooked
4 fz Bechamel Sauce
2 fz Cream Reduction
1 wz Cream Cheese
1 wz Lobster Leg Meat
5 Crutons, crumbled
Garnish- Chopped Parsley
Directions
Heat sauces to order in saute pan. Swirl in cream cheese and add leg meat, tossing with pasta. Load into square bowl and top with crumbled crutons. Brown in oven or under salamander.
