Ingredients

4wz Spring Mix

5 Shrimp 21/25, cookied, tail off

2 wz Bruschetta Tomatoes

2 fz Peach Frangelico Vinagrette

2 wz Dried Peaches, julienne

1 wz Hazelnuts, toasted, chop rough

1 wz Asiago, shredded

 

Directions

Saute shrimp to order with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper
