1 qt. heavy cream

1 cup sugar

6 large egg yolks

2 packages of sugar in raw

1 teaspoon of vanilla


Boil heavy cream and sugar. Mix egg yolks and vanilla and add to heavy cream slowly, stirring as you pour it in.  Put into serving dishes and place in roasting pan.  Pour water into pan, approximately at the half way mark of brule bowls.  Bake at 275 degrees for 30-35 minutes.  Make sure the desserts set but still a little giggly.
