January 17: Beef Tips with Marsala Sauce

7 oz Top Sirloin Tips
1 t Diced Red Onion
2 oz Sliced Portabella Mushrooms
2 oz Marsala Wine
3 oz Demi Glaze
2 oz Garlic Cream Sauce


1. Heat olive oil in skillet over meidum high heat.

2. Begin browning the steak tips. When cooked about half way, add onion and mushroom.

3. After mushrooms have softened, add the wine. Reduce very slightly and add your demi and cream. Reduction will thicken this sauce and finally serve your favorite side.
