Ingredients
- 14-inch pizza dough, round, thawed
- marinara sauce
- 8 oz mozzerlla cheese
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- 16 oz Italian sausage
- egg wash
- asiago cheese (for sprinkling as topping)
Directions
- When your pizza dough is thawed, spread marinara sauce over it
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese mixture over dough
- Place meat on top of cheese and add the rest of cheese mixture on top of the meat.
- Roll the dough, and top with egg wash and asiago cheese
- Poke holes in the dough for ventilation
- Bake for 18 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
