Italian Sausage Bread


Johnny's Italian Steakhouse


  • 14-inch pizza dough, round, thawed
  • marinara sauce
  • 8 oz mozzerlla cheese
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz Italian sausage
  • egg wash
  • asiago cheese (for sprinkling as topping)


  • When your pizza dough is thawed, spread marinara sauce over it
  • Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese mixture over dough
  • Place meat on top of cheese and add the rest of cheese mixture on top of the meat.
  • Roll the dough, and top with egg wash and asiago cheese
  • Poke holes in the dough for ventilation
  • Bake for 18 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
