March 6: Johnny's Italian Steakhouse's Steak Sinatra

1 10oz top sirloin

2 shrimp

1 oz sliced button mushroom

1 oz sliced portabella mushroom

1/2 oz white wine

juice of one lemon wedge

1/8 tsp lobster base

1 T sun-dried strips

1 T sliced basil

4 oz garlic cream sauce

1/2 oz crab claw meat

1 oz shredded parmesan


1. Heat first skillet to medium high heat and place steak in skillet and season with salt and pepper.

2. In second skilled, heat olil and add shrimp.

3. Add both musrooms and let soften. Deglaze pan with white wine and add lemon juice, lobster base, sun dried, basil and finish with the cream and crab meat.

4. Return to steak and flip over. Place steak on plate and add cheese to the sauce. Now pour sauce over steak and serve.
