18 oz Bone-In Ribeye

Cajun seasoning


2 oz  Sliced Button Mushrooms

2 oz  Cabernet Wine

2 oz  Demi Glace

1 oz  Diced Tomatoes

1oz  Green Onions



1. Coat ribeye in seasoning and place in a hot skillet

2. In second skillet, heat mushrooms and add wine

3. Let wine reduce by half and add demi

4. When demi is heated add tomatoes and onions

5. Turn off heat on sauce

6. When steak is cooked to the temperature needed, place on a plate and pour sauce on top
