May 22: Johnny's Italian Steakhouse Steak Deburgo

2 oz Olive Oil

2 ea 4 oz filet

1 oz White Wine

1 oz Deburgo mix

4 oz Garlic Cream Sauce


1.In a medium skillet, place steaks in olive oil.

2. When they brown on one side flip over, and continue to cook until the desired temperature.

3. Next remove steaks and deglaze the pan with wine. Mix in deburgo and add your cream.

4. Let this reduce down until thickened and serve atop the steak.
