Frozen Pea Hummus

1 cup  good quality frozen peas, thawed
2 cup.  cooked chickpeas
1 Tbsp.  tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup extra virgin olive oil (more if needed)
pinch of salt
toasted ground cumin


Place everything except oil into a food processor.  

Blend until mixed and then slowly add the olive oil until a smooth consistency is achieved.
