6 Shrimp

2 oz. Slice Button Mushrooms

Salt and Pepper - to taste

2 oz. White Wine

3 oz Chicken Stock

1 Tablespoon Slice Fresh Basil

1 Tablespoon Slice Green Onion

2 oz. Grated Parmesan

1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes

1 oz Spinach

8 oz Angel Hair Pasta

1 Tablespoon Butter


1. Heat 2 oz olive oil in a skillet to medium heat. Add Shrimp.

2. Turn shrimp over, add mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper

3. When mushrooms have softened add wine, stock, garlic, onions and basil

4. When sauce comes to a boil add cheese for about a minute

5. Finally, add tomatoes, spinach and pasta. Finish with butter.
