Aug. 21: Johnny's Italian Steakhouse - Chicken Piccata

2 3oz Chicken Breast

Seasoned Flour

1 Tablespoon Diced Red Onion

1 Tablespoon Capers

Juice of 1 Lemon Wedge

1 1/2oz  Chicken Stock

1 1/2 oz White Wine

1 Tablespoon Butter


Place 2 oz of olive oil in skillet and heat to medium low heat

Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and put in skillet

Turn chicken over and add onions, capers, wine, stock, and lemon juice

Reduce down till thick and smooth and finish with butter
