1/2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing
Small container of whipped cream cheese
Pepperidge Farm thin white bread
Blend the dry salad dressing mix with the whipped cream cheese.
Thin the cream cheese mixture with cream to spreading consistency.
Peel the small cucumber and slice thinly.
Trim crusts from 2 slices of the bread.
Spread whipped cream cheese mixture to cover both slices.
Top one spread slice with 4 slices of cucumber or to cover.
Top with second bread slice, cream cheese side down.
Immediately place each finished sandwich on a platter and wrap with plastic wrap.
Chill sandwiches whole and cut in fingers or triangles just before serving.
