Johnny's Lobster Cavatappi

Johnny's Italian Steakhouse


Olive Oil                                        2 fz

Garlic, chopped                          1 scoop

Lobster, slipper, rough chop   4 wz

Green Onion, chopped              1 wz

Roasted Red Pepper, sliced    1 wz

Cream Reduction                        6 fz

Smoked Mozzarella, shred         2 wz

Parmesan, shredded                   2 wz 


Saute lobster with oil and garlic. Add onions and peppers. Reduce cream over low heat as for a minelli. Add smoked cheese and parmesan and toss all ingredients together.

Either Smoke Mozzarella OR Smoked Gouda could be used for this dish.

Garnish wieh grated parmesan and parsley.
