Olive Oil 2 fz
Tilapia Filet 1 ea
Chicken Stock 2 fz
Tomatro Basil Sauce 3 fz
Suggested Side.... fettuccini noodles and muscles
Heat pan to medium high heat and add olive oil.
Flour fish on both sides and place in pan.
In another pan heat tomato basil sauce and add chicken stock. Let reduce.
Take fish from other pan and place on plate.
Top with tomato basil sauce and serve with fettucini.
