Martha McClallen's Hidden Valley Ranch Winning Recipe


1 can – 20.5 oz refried black beans

1 container – 12 oz. guacamole

1 package – 1 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix

1 container – 16 oz. sour cream

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup tomato, chopped

1/2 cup black olives, chopped

1/3 cup green onion, sliced

1/3 cup bacon bits

Carrot sticks, sliced lengthwise

Celery sticks, sliced lengthwise

Bell peppers, sliced lengthwise

Multigrain tortilla chips




1.       Evenly spread refried beans onto bottom of large shallow serving platter.

2.       Evenly spread guacamole over beans.

3.       Mix Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix with sour cream and spread over guacamole.

4.       Sprinkle cheese, tomato, olives, onion and bacon bits over top.

5.       Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks, peppers and tortilla chips
