June 27: Tropical Whole Wheat Wraps

Ingredients

You are bound to stay cool with this recipe! Not only does it require no cooking, but it is a refreshing taste of the tropics which is sure to make your mouth water. Using the light forms of the condiments along with lean turkey ham keeps the calories in check, while the whole wheat tortilla provides us with those ever so important whole grains!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup light sour cream
¼ cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
¼ cup minced green onion
1 cup chopped lean turkey ham
1 cup chopped pineapple
¼ cup chopped pecans
3 whole wheat flour tortillas

Directions

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Stir in the turkey ham, pineapple and pecans. Spoon mixture down the center of each tortilla and roll up tightly.
