7-10 oz top sirloin marinated in Samuel Adams premium lager
1 oz fresh basil
1 oz parsley
2 oz teriyaki sauce
Make a few cuts along the edge of the steak and place in a shallow dish.
In a bowl beer, fresh herbs and teriyaki sauce.
Pour the liquid over the steak, cover the dish, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours.
Grill steak over medium heat.
Chef's recommendation: serve with garlic mashed potatoes and a glass of red wine
