Italian Nachos

1 (4 oz.) package pita chips
1 cup pesto Parmesan shredded cheese, seasoned according to package directions or Italian blend shredded cheese
1/4 cup prepared salsa
1/4 cup roasted red pepper, drained, chopped
1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers, drained
1/4 cup green onions, chopped


Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange chips in bottom of shallow baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly over chips. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Mix salsa, roasted red pepper, pepperoncinis and onions; spoon over top pita chips and cheese. Makes 4 servings.
