Ingredients

Johnny's Italian Steakhouse BalsamifiedRibeye Steak 

8 oz Ribeye Steak
4 oz Blanched Asparagus Tenders (cut in half on bias)
1 t Sesame Seeds
1 oz Diced Tomatoes
tt Salt & Pepper
1 oz Olive Oil
1 T Butter
 

Directions

  1. Saute asparagus diced tomatoes and sesame seeds and season.
  2. Mound asparagus in center of plate
  3. Fan cut ribeye steak and place around asparagus.
  4. Garnish with a drizzle of Balsamic Vinaigrette.
