Johnny's Mushroom, Artichoke & Spinach Cannelloni

Ingredients

-olive  oil in a skillet

-add artichoke hearts, garlic, fresh rosemary

-add vermouth to deglaze

-add cream, salt & pepper to tase and parmesan cheese

-fresh spinach

-canneloni pasta

Directions

boil mixture in skillet, then spoon out cheese, artichoke, spinach mix onto sheets of pasta, roll them and cook in oven at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese and cream and serve.
