Johnny is putting a new twist on the classic french toast by adding chocolate and coffee.

Here's his recipe for the Crostini Ubriachi.

*2 French Baguettes
*2 oz. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
*1 cup of Regular Coffee
*1 shot of Cream Sherry
*1 Egg
*1 Mint Leaf
*Powered Sugar, Whipped Cream, and Poppy Seeds for Garnish

Melt 2 oz of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a skillet, add a cup of regular coffee and a shot of cream sherry, and mix together.

Put that mixture into a mixing bowl, add one egg and whip into a batter.

Use the batter to coat the two pieces of the french baguettes.

Sear the bread in the skillet, cooking it like french toast.

After you're done cooking it, you can dress up the dish with a little powdered sugar, mint leaf, whipped cream, and poppy seeds.
