Here's the recipe for Chicken Marsala Bites.

chicken breast, diced large 3 wz
dredging flour
button mushrooms 4 wz
red onion, small dice 1/2 wz
marsala 2 fz
demi glaze 3 fz

*Dredge chicken and saute on flat top. Remove and dice and add to mushrooms and onions.
