It's crab cakes! Chef Jeff says just take 4 oz. lump crab meat and mix it with 3 oz. of chopped white onion, red pepper, green pepper, 1 tablespoon of spciy mayo and 1 teaspoon of parsley.
Bread the crab cakes with panko crumbs and sear in a skillet until brown. Then bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serve with bruscetta tomoatoes and your choice of sauces. Enjoy!
