Finished Condition: Requested Temperature, crusts lightly browned
Garnish: Chopped Parsley

Filet, 2.5 oz 3 ea
Steak Season 1tsp
Parmesan Crust 1 wz
Horseradish Crust 1 wz
Gorgonzola Crust 1 wz
Demi Glaze 1 fz

1. Season steaks and grill or broil to desired temperature. Crust steak and lightly brown.
2. Top steaks with crusts and brown under broiler or salamander.
3. Present steak as shown in photo.
