Here is his recipe for Filet Rosa:

6 oz filet (cooked to temperature you desire)

Rosa sauce:
2 oz bruscetta tomatoes
1 oz sundried tomato pesto
2 oz marinara sauce
1 oz cream
1 oz spinach
artichoke hearts

deglaze with tequila
serve over crustini
