Johnny's Four Cheese Ravioli with Balsamic Port Reduction

Here's some comfort food for you. The chef from Johnny's Italian Steakhouse shows you how to prepare a unique four-cheese ravioli.

*Five pieces of four-cheese ravioli ( no need to make it from scratch... everybody's busy, right?)

*3 oz. balsamic vinegar
*1.5 oz port wine
*1 oz. pecans
*1/2 tsp sage
Slowly reduce by half over medium heat. Drizzle sauce over ravioli and garnish with parmesan cheese.
