Johnny's Italian Sausage Bread

Ingredients:
14-inch pizza dough, round, thawed
marinara sauce
8 oz mozzarella cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese
16 oz Italian sausage
egg wash
asiago cheese (for sprinkling as topping)

Directions:
When your pizza dough is thawed, spread marinara sauce over it
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese mixture over dough
Place meat on top of cheese and add the rest of cheese mixture on top of the meat.
Roll the dough, and top with egg wash and asiago cheese
Poke holes in the dough for ventilation
Bake for 18 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
