3 oz Portabella Mushrooms
2 oz Sliced Red Peppers
2 oz Fresh Broccoli
8 oz Heavy Cream
1 oz Minced Garlic
tt Salt and Pepper
2 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese
6 oz Cheese Tortellini
1. Combine garlic, cream, salt and pepper.
2. In skillet cook shrimp until near done.
3. Add mushrooms, peppers and broccoli.
4. Add cream sauce and reduce to half.
5. Add pasta to cream and a little butter.
6. When cream is reduced by half stir in cheese to thicken.
