Something minty is in the air at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse.
It's chicken salad with a hint of mint.
Here's the chef's recipe:
1 marinated chicken breast, grilled and sliced
4 oz spinach
2 oz mayo
1 oz lemon juice
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 oz whipped cream
1 chicken breast
garnish with 4 mint leaves, 1 oz blue cheese, 1 oz candied pecans, 1 oz sun-dried cherries
