Jewels, head bartender at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse, has a new twist on the Margarita. It's sweet, with a little bit of heat. She calls it the Pineapple Chipotle Margarita.
*over ice, start with an ounce & 1/4 or more of your favoritie gold tequila
*1/2 ounce of pineapple chipotle syrup
*3 ounces margarita mix of your choice
*shake it really well and pour into glass
*rim the glass with 1/2 salt & 1/2 sugar so that you get a completely different taste depending on from which side you drink
