Johnny's Roario Cheese Bread

The chef from Johnny's Italian Steakhouse has an appetizer idea for you.

It's certainly not low-cal, but will probably tempt your tastebuds.

Here's the recipe for Rosario Cheese Bread:

5 grilled crostini havles
2.5 oz Rosario blend
3 oz seasoned, shredded mozzarella

*Rosario blend--2 cups sour cream, 2 teaspoons of softened butter,
2 ounces of diced red onions, 2 ounces of chopped sundried tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of sundried tomato pesto, garlic, salt & pepper...mix well by hand or in a food processor.

Smear bread evenly with Rosario blend. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake till lightly browned.
