4oz. Salmon Pieces
6 Artichoke Quarters
6oz. Garlic Cream Sauce
6oz. Rigatoni Pasta
3oz. Mozzarella Cheese
1. In first skillet, begin heating up cream and butter.
2. In second skillet, heat olive oil over med-high heat.
3. Place salmon in oil.
4. Turn salmon pieces over and add artichokes.
5. Combine all into cream, pasta and salmon, toss with spinach and sprinkle cheese over.
6. Continue reducing until cheese on top is melted.
