It's a favorite menu item at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse.

Here's the recipe for Seafood Pomodoro from the executive chef.

In a skillet combine 1 cup chopped tomatoes with...
2 oz. portabella mushrooms
1 oz. fresh, chopped basil
1 oz. chopped onion
2 oz. white wine
1 oz. chicken stock
...saute over med-high heat

In another skillet, saute 2 shrimp, 2 mussels, 1 oz. tilapia, 6 oz. fetta cheese and 2 oz. picked spinach.

Combine it all with cooked fettuccini noodles.
