Johnny's Southwestern Ribeye with Chili tomato Vinaigrette

Southwestern rub:
3T ground cumin
3T chili powder
3T black pepper
4T brown sugar
2t cayenne pepper
6T chopped garlic
6T salt
1/2c chopped green onion
10 oz ribeye

Sauce ingredients:
1c roasted green chiles
1/4c chopped green onion
1/4c balsalmic vinegar
3/4c olive oil
4c fresh diced tomatoes
1T fresh chopped cilantro

Mix all ingredients for rub until incorporated. Rub 1 tray of 10 oz ribeyes on both sides and let marinate over night. Broil to order and top with 2 oz vinaigrette.
