Steak Tribute Salad

Cooking Procedure: Cold preparation/grill
Cook Time: Grill steak to requested temperature
Finished Condition: Crisp, cold ingredients; steak properly cooked
Garnish: Crumbled blue cheese/onion rings
Tribute Dressing – 2 fz
Heart n Heart Mix – 5 wz
Red onion rings – 5 ea
Gorgonzola crumbles – 1 wz
Bacon, large dice – 1.5 wz
Cherry Tomatoes, halved – 10 halves
6 oz Top Sirloin, grilled – 1 ea
1. Season steak and grill to desired temperature. Allow steak to rest 1 minute before slicing to avoid losing all juices!
2. Toss lettuces together with tomatoes, bacon and dressing.
3. Top greens with sliced meat and garnish with Gorgonzola and onion rings.
